Experience:
For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes:
applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods in order to assess the effectiveness of programs and/or complex management processes, including analyzing and advising management on the effectiveness of programs and operations and the productivity and efficiency of management; activities related to internet services and support dissemination including planning, leading, organizing, monitoring and managing process areas/activities to accomplish objectives for internet services and support; and developing, analyzing and/or evaluating new or modified programs, policies, regulations, goals, or objectives. Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
