Experience:
For the GS-7, For the GS-07, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes the skill to gather requirements, review specifications, write procedures, and manage documentation for various survey activities such as printing, mailout, and distribution of survey materials for paper and other modes of data capture; review survey artifacts (e.g., survey letters and questionnaires), proofread written materials, and ensure that the quality of the items meet the requirements of the survey sponsor; track survey inventory, generate status reports, and coordinate the distribution of materials to the regional offices and other facilities, as needed; serve as the liaison between staff at the National Processing Center, Census Headquarters, and other stakeholders involved in the survey operations; with guidance and supervision. OREducation:

OR Education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree that provided you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work of a Program Analyst. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
