For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes serving as an expert in a specialty area, e.g. applications system design, etc. or serving as an expert in general data processing covering a wide range of technology and applications; experience with planning advanced systems projects or resolving critical problems in existing systems, which require innovative solutions; advising top management on new developments and advanced techniques; and coordinating the development of IT standards, guidelines and policesEducation:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
