Specialized Experience For the GS-9, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes experience advising managers on changing program operations. Experience gathering, recording, processing, communicating, and reporting financial data from an accounting system. Experience examining documents, accounting records, and reports and processes to assure conformance to regulations and policies, new operating procedures, and revised regulations. Experience providing advice and guidance on a variety of financial matters. OR Education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, LL.B. or J.D., if related. Specialized
Experience:
For the GS-11, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes experience advising managers on changing program operations. Experience gathering, recording, processing, communicating, and reporting financial data from an accounting system. Experience examining documents, accounting records, and reports and processes to assure conformance to regulations and policies, new operating procedures, and revises regulations. Experience providing advice and guidance on a variety of financial matters. Experience providing information to others, solving financial issues, meeting and interacting with a variety of people. OR Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
