Program Analyst, GS-0343-14, Census-MP-LDS

Makes major contributions to budget execution and formulation. Serves as the lead for administrative resource management for activities and resources such as IT purchases (software and hardware), supply purchases, and space management. Including analysis of resource management, to include projections, recommendations, and maintaining and replenishing resources. Act as lead to support and coordinate assigned large, complex projects and contract(s) and be responsible for technical subject matter and business aspects of the contract(s), including the identification and resolution of issues. Review and analyze performance metrics on a quantitative and qualitative basis to monitor the effectiveness of contractor's activities to accurately inform management of progress and to help identify problems and issues. Experience:
For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes:
performing and managing or directing work in budget execution and formulation; leading administrative resource management for resources such as space management and IT purchasing; performing and coordinating work on large projects and/or contracts; and providing analysis and recommendations for resource management to senior leadership.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
