Description B&A is currently seeking a .NET Developer to join our team in Suitland, MD!   Description: B&A is seeking an .NET Developer with 11+ years of experience that designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software as well as troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. The candidate will lead and coordinate other Developers. Responsibilities:                       Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.  Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. Researches, tests, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Acts as team leader on projects. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team. Participates in development of software user manuals.   Position Requirements: 11+ years troubleshooting production problems related to software applications Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience 11+ years of experience with .NET Framework and ASP.NET development, Session, Request life cycles, Garbage Collection and caching 11+ years of experience with Remote Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, Event Handlers, Receivers, custom forms and workflows 11+ years of experience with Web Services using SOAP, REST, XLM and/or JSON developing custom components 3+ years of experience in developing database queries through code - CAML, Linq 5+ years of experience in SQL Server 2008/2012 and SQL Reporting services (SSRS) with the ability to create Business Intelligence reports and analytics tools 11+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting, Managed Metadata and User Profile Services Excellent knowledge of IIS and the architecture of it Windows Server Manager DNS and SMPT Networking Load Balancing 11+ years of experience in managing and testing backup recovery plans 11+ years of experiencetroubleshootingnetworking, authentication and application performance issues Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating other Developers   Desired Requirements: 2+ years of experience in exploring and learning new Office 365 services such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 Groups, etc.   B&A has been a systems integrator of information technology solutions for 30 years. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
