Technology Business Management Consultant\n\nThe Enterprise Technology Practice works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation. Working with CIO, Technology Executives, Services Owners, and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.\n\xa0\n\xa0\nWork you\u2019ll do\n\n

Deloitte manages the quarterly development of metrics and owning\xa0the data collection and reporting process for this federal client. This feeds the CIO dashboard which is currently published to all of the IT Directorate (ITD). Additionally, Deloitte supports several initiatives aimed at improving the IT customer experience within the Business Relationship Management (BRM) service within the ITD.




Position Responsibilities:


The practitioner will work with service owners across the seven divisions of the IT directorate to develop and collect IT service performance metrics, identify services and service owners, and develop descriptions for IT services to be included in the IT service directory. Knowledge/prior experience with performance metrics will be leveraged when consulting service owners on defining or refining metrics that will provide valuable insight for both customers and leaders alike.

Together we work to establish IT operating models based on the implications of next generation and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology, and the operational expectations of an organization.\n\xa0\nOur team of experienced technologists understand the interwoven nature technology plays in all aspects of today\u2019s business environment and focus on helping our clients shift from foundational delivery of technology to being the strategic business partner and catalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technology experts work to transform the workforce of our clients into the next generation of technology service delivery teams.\n\xa0\nQualifications\n\n

\u2022\xa0Background in developing performance metrics (preferably IT related)


\u2022\xa0Knowledge of Technology Business Management


\u2022\xa0Knowledge in implementing TBM for federal clients; within an organization with federal IT spend (preferred)


\u2022\xa0Knowledge in service cataloguing and service directory development


\u2022\xa0Advanced Excel acumen (i. e. Pivot tables/charts, logic formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, named ranges, VLOOKUP, etc.)


\u2022\xa0Dashboard tool experience preferred (i. e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)


\u2022\xa0Understanding of general SharePoint development (i. e. Lists/libraries, site pages, web parts, surveys, etc.)


\u2022\xa0Implementing SLAs/OLAs, determining baselines/benchmarks for IT services, and determining metrics based on SLAs/OLAs


\u2022\xa0General knowledge of typical enterprise IT services

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
