Business Analyst
Key Role:
Work under general supervision and assist with examining systems and developing business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Provide business process reengineering support for modernization initiatives and conduct process modeling and simulation activities to support the design of the business system and model and simulate sub processes. Provide expertise in change management by reviewing and analyzing business needs and enabling the progressive integration of planned capabilities to minimize disruption to current programs. Support planning and organizing tasks while ensuring the quality of deliverables while providing onsite programmatic support and administrative coordination. Interface and communicate regularly with stakeholders and teams to define and analyze problems and develop system requirements and program specifications.
Basic
Qualifications:
5
years of experience with process modeling, process re-engineering, and change management
Experience with process documentation using BPMN2.0 and process improvement
Experience in participating with users during requirements gathering meetings to elicit and document requirements for new features
Experience with capturing business, interface, and reporting requirements
Experience with developing process maps and procedural steps that support the strategy of implementing from legacy environments
Ability to model business processes using industry standard tools, including Pega and Visio
Ability to gather information and synthesize into presentable deliverable for the client
Public Trust clearance
BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
Experience with analyzing and optimizing business processes and workflows
Knowledge of federal business systems and processes
Six Sigma Certification
Clearance:
