Phacil has an anticipated need forA TEMPORARYHelp Desk Specialist to support an important government customer in Suitland, MD.
Must have the ability to obtain agency clearance (US Citizens Only)
The work shall provide enterprise IT support services to a large portion of the government agency employees and staff. The scope of work shall include hardware distribution and installation, network and technical services, software installation, cost effective purchase, installation, support of desktop and service technology and Service Desk support. Team will be responsible for the IT Security Support, Desktop Management and Support, IT Service Desk support and report writing support
Helpdesk Technicians shall provide Tier I support to customer issues including software and network system issues. Diagnose and resolve problems. Install, configure and troubleshoot.
Qualifications :
Must have 0-2 years Help Desk experience
Preferably experience in Remedy ticketing system
Associate's Degree in related IT field highly preferred
ITIL Certification highly desired

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
