Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks - Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues - Assist in supervising contractors and vendors - Fabricate and install various components as needed - Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred - Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Leadership skills to assist in supervising contractors and vendors This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the maintenance field.
