Our client, a construction company in Suitland, MD seeks a temporary to hire Assistant Construction Project Manager for their Suitland, MD office!About You:
A high school diploma is required for this role.

years of relate project or construction experience is required.
Strong oral communication skills and excellent time management skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work 100% on-site in their Suitland, MD office.
The Job:
Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc.
Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy.
Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings.
Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive.
Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests.
Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
This is an on-site temporary to hire position with an hourly rate of $26/hr-$28/hr and will be converted to a salary of $55K-$60K if made permanent.
