ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Management Partners with leaders on the life-cycle of employee performance to include 90-Day reviews, mid-year check-ins/reviews, and annual reviews.
Document employee's performance concerns.
Partner with ER leaders and management to create Performance Improvement Plans.
Investigate employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance.
Researches and recommends changes to internal policies and procedures.
Monitor Employee Relations Issues and ensure timely resolution.
Provide conflict management assistance when required.
Conduct exit interviews, compile data and provide recommendations for change.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
Recruitment Actively engage and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to strategize and provide assistance in the full-cycle recruiting process.
Recruit and interview for different positions throughout the credit union.
Tracks status of candidates in HRIS, make employment offers, and follow-up with candidates as needed.
Developing a strong candidate pool through sourcing efforts such as internet job boards, networking, referrals, job fairs, scouting and cold calling.
Other Duties Keeps current with HR best practices and trends.
Proactively identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance the employee experience and helps develop and implement innovative solutions.
Maintain human resource information system (HRIS) and compile statistics and reports from the database as needed.
Remains cognizant of and adheres to Andrews Federal policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act Interacts with co-workers, supervisors, members and outside contacts in an appropriate, professional manner which projects a positive image of the department and Andrews Federal.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 years of HR experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires the ability to sit at a desk and computer for extended period of time.
Requires the ability to attend a variety of recruitment events.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
