Our Human Services Transformation (HST) team works to help transform how our clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.
We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need.
Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do more with less, and rethink the way they deliver services.
Work you will do As a Project Delivery Lead in HST, you will:
Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients Support engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance Provide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client Manage engagement risk Provide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support Qualifications Required:

years of consulting and/or industry experience 3
years of Health & Human Services experience/Public Sector to include Child Support, Integrated Eligibility or HIX.
Demonstrated understanding of the adoption of technology and its impact to future operating models and organizational structures Ability to deliver consistent, high-value services on a cross-section of complex customer and citizen centric projects Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
