The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for Asset Management Analyst for the AFNCR ITS program.
JOB
Summary:
Asset Management Analyst in support of the AFNCR IT Services program.
The AFNCR IT Services program provides support services for information systems for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other Air Force activities within the AFNCR missions to include the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews (JBA), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), and other locations, leased spaces, and alternate sites.
The major support areas are:
IT Operations and Maintenance; Plans, Projects, and Engineering.
The senior leaders and national defense missions that are supported require that the AFNCR operations never fail, resulting in a fast-paced, challenging, but also rewarding environment.
Asset Management is responsible for inventory control processes that account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred for all sites within the 300 mile radius of the NCR.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Develops inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred.
Account for and track Government-owned equipment (GOE) and Government furnished property (GFP), including purchased and leased equipment and software license management, throughout the lifecycle from procurement to disposition.
Maintain a lifecycle repository for all assets consistent with an Enterprise IT Service Management (EITSM) system of record (e.
g.
, Remedy).
Leads data validation and consistency processes for asset management systems of record.
Leads asset discovery processes to identify location and owners for unaccounted assets.
Provides monthly inventory reports in accordance with government guidelines.
Provides a monthly DPAS / CMDB discrepancy report, assessing inconsistencies and fix actions.
Develops a monthly Remedy deficiencies report, detailing incomplete or out of date records.
Provides updates to management and stakeholders on the remediation of discrepancies / findings.
Assists in monitoring software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards Ensures inspection compliance of annual inventory reviews.
Drives improvements to asset management processes by working with Government stakeholders, external organizations, and internal teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Basic
Qualifications:
Currently possess a DoD Secret security clearance or higher.
Bachelor's Degree and 4
years of experience working in data analytics or asset management.
Additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Able to effectively influence and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication, including the ability to confidently present to all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Air Force, Pentagon, and/or AFNCR operations.
Remedy 8 or higher ITSM experience.
Possess knowledge of DPAS.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.
00 - $91,000.
00 - $122,850.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
