Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer service-oriented Help Desk position to support the NSOF/NOAA facility.
The ideal candidate will work well in a team-structured environment, as well as be able to complete tasks on their own.
Also, ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks at once in a high-pressure mission-critical environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Schedule and maintain conference room schedules for all building tenants Log all work order requests in the work order log and NCMMS work order database.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities at once and work well under pressure.
Proven experience in a help desk or facilities support role Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office word, excel, etc.
Complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
Knowledge and experience with GSA NCMMS database for managing and tracking Preventative Maintenance and work order requests.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Process NOAA parking passes for building tenants and other contractors.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
